Terms and Conditions

By scheduling your consultation with Wolfe Law, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed these terms and that you accept and agree to them. If you have questions, please reach out by phone.

SCHEDULING CONSULTATIONS

  • Wolfe Law does not offer free consultations. All consultations require a consultation fee which must be paid in advance to confirm your consultation.

  • Wolfe Law does not offer same-day consultations. Your consultation will occur within 2-7 business days of your initial inquiry, depending on consultation scheduling availability. If your matter is (or becomes) urgent, you must notify Wolfe Law immediately. Please understand Wolfe Law is a small boutique law firm and may not have the capacity and/or resources to assist you with an urgent legal matter. If I am unable to assist you on a time-sensitive matter, I will do my best to offer you a referral to another attorney who may be able to assist you urgently.

  • Some legal matters will require you to provide me with documentation to review in advance of your scheduled consultation. You understand your consultation cannot proceed and will need to be rescheduled if you do not provide this documentation at least 1 business day prior to your scheduled consultation.

  • If you would like anyone else to participate in the consultation, you must notify me before scheduling your consultation. It is necessary to collect information about other potential participants for conflicts checks. Please do not include additional participants if Wolfe Law has not approved them to participate. Please understand your consultation cannot proceed until the conflicts process is complete.

  • There will be consultations scheduled before and after your scheduled time. I understand how difficult it can be with family and work to get to things on time, and for that reason I offer a 5 minute grace period. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled consultation, though, it will need to be rescheduled.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 1 business day prior to your scheduled appointment. For example, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment scheduled for a Monday, you must notify me by the Friday beforehand. If you fail to notify me of a change in your schedule, or do not show up for your scheduled consultation, you may be subject to additional fees as explained in more detail below.

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than twice, I reserve the right to refund your prepaid consultation fee and elect not to proceed with your consultation. If you no show, I reserve the right to do the same.

 CONSULTATION FEE FOR PAID CONSULTATIONS

  • Fees for paid consultations are a flat fee to be paid in full prior to your scheduled consultation.

  • Fees for paid consultations will be deemed “earned immediately upon payment” for our accounting purposes, but it will be refundable (subject to additional fees below) if your consultation does not occur for any reason.

  • You can pay by credit or debit card, or ACH/e-check.
